Order cancellation
In order to provide excellent customer service, our products are sent to fulfillment and shipment upon order. If you want to cancel your order you can contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel. Once the fulfillment and shipment process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
We cannot accept returns for any reason more than 30 days after delivery.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are either defective or damaged during shipping. Contact us with your return and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Code, address and will issue you a replacement or refund as preferred.

We cannot offer refunds for customer errors, for example; customer sends order to the wrong address.
Customers will be responsible for paying any return shipping costs.
